Terms & Policies for Retailers

We are so excited about the prospect of inviting you into our community of Retailers. Here are the Terms and Policies for becoming a Miss Lillian’s Retailer.

Highlights of Becoming a Miss Lillian’s Retailer:

  • Protected Territory Policy (this will NEVER change!)
  • NO Minimum Requirement on Reorders
  • FREE Product to comp for Shipping Cost
  • NO Case Pack Quantities
  • NO Contracts to Sign

    1. Order Minimums

$600 for Start Up orders.

No minimum requirement for re-orders.

$250 Minimum Order requirement per quarter ($1,000 annually)

Start up order:

This can be a combination of any of the 3 sizes of paint, colors and quantities within that you best fits your business needs. Glaze, Metallic products, Sealer, etc are accessory items and can be added once the minimum paint requirement is met.  There is NO minimum order requirements for restock orders or accessory items. This means that once you satisfy the minimum paint inventory investment, you can add any product one jar at a time if you wish!

Stockists must maintain a minimum quarterly of $250 in wholesale purchasing. 

We do require that you place an order quarterly of at least $250 ($1000 annually) to retain your protected territory. This breaks down to $83 per month and lets us know that you are active and promoting paint sales. We do understand that there are times that you may not choose to order due to harsh weather or unforeseen circumstances. Communication is key in these circumstances and we will always do our best to work with your needs.

   2. Territory Protection Policy

We take into consideration the location of existing stores and have a 30 minute Protected Territory Policy between store when reviewing a new stockist applicant. Our purpose is to maintain product availability for customers and to keep revenue in your township and store.

   4.  Store Front

To be an authorized Miss Lillian’s Retailer you must currently have a brick and mortar store front or a booth within a larger store front location. Applications to sell on third party selling websites will not be accepted. Applications to sell from one’s home will not be accepted – however, if your circumstances change in the future, we welcome you to reapply!

   5. Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice

   6.  Payments

All orders will be issued a PayPal invoice prior to shipping. Once the invoice is paid, products will ship to your preferred address.  Shipping is calculated once the order is placed and will be included on the invoice.

   7.  Shipping

Products will ship to your preferred address.  Orders received online during peak season take 2 business days to process.  Fedex Express can take up to 4 business days to deliver to your door. USPS Priority mail can take up to 3 days to deliver to your door.

   8. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Miss Lillian’s at orders@misslillianspaints.net within 7 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.
